Hello, my name is Jimmy Glaub. I am the sole owner and operator of A1vending in Bloomington, Illinois. If you and your employees are tired of the current vending establishment in place, then you have come to the right page. I pride myself on providing a stress free vending experience for upper management and those who enjoy using the machines. There is nothing worse than constantly hearing about machines being empty for too long or constantly having issues. When A1vending is providing the service, I promise you that sending out emails and the difficulty of trying to get ahold of somebody to come fix an issue will be a thing of the past. No more hourly rate drivers who do not care to look for and/or fix minor issues that can leave a machine not working correctly. No more machines sitting empty too long or full of things that nobody even wants. I easily solve these issues by performing routine maintenance and checking each machine for any issue that may be present while servicing a location. Also, by providing new machines from the most reliable vending brands, issues are far and in-between. As for all things though, hiccups will happen from time to time. In these cases, my personal number is posted on the machines so that whomever experiences an issue can reach out to me directly, allowing me to handle the issue as soon as possible and make sure the customer is taken care of. I like to provide product voting sheets(see home page for examples) to employees prior to machine installation. This allows me to provide their favorite drinks and snacks eliminating all of the guess work. I then study what sells and what doesn't, making the proper adjustments of products as time goes on. I have product software that allows me to track inventory live so i can see when things are getting low and restock before machines even have a chance to sit empty. I always interact with customers while i am on site to make sure everything's working correctly and get any feedback they may have at the time as well.
